This vibration-resistant connector delivers {Current - UL} current capacity while withstanding the harsh environmental conditions typical in electric vehicle powertrain applications.The IEC 320-C14 interface configuration meets LV214 automotive standards. The connector features a secondary locking mechanism for vibration resistance up to 15G.As a Receptacle, Male Blades solution, this connector employs friction-lock mating. The gold-flashed contacts maintain stable resistance over 25,000 mating cycles.Rated for 8A in automotive applications, the connector uses copper-beryllium contacts. The thermal derating curve remains stable up to 125 C ambient.The 115/250VAC rating exceeds ISO 6469-3 electric vehicle requirements. The creepage distance is 50% greater than standard industrial connectors.The Filtered (EMI, RFI) - Commercial, Medical design incorporates automotive-grade ferrite beads. The balanced filter network provides 40dB common-mode attenuation from 1MHz to 1GHz.No configuration includes a waterproof fuse compartment.
