The 591AC-CDG's robust construction ensures reliable power transmission in high-speed rail applications.The Non-Gendered configuration provides vibration-resistant connectivity. Hyperboloid contact designs maintain electrical continuity under 5G vibration loads.Incorporating Crimp technology, the contacts resist mechanical fatigue. Bolted connections meet UIC 612 requirements for railway applications.Compatible with 300MCM (kcmil) wiring, the connector serves traction power needs. 350 kcmil contacts are specified for 1,500V DC overhead line systems.Constructed from Copper Alloy, the contacts handle short-circuit currents. Aluminum bronze alloys provide excellent arc resistance for pantograph systems.Protected by Silver plating, the contacts prevent oxidation.
