This ergonomic design reduces installation time while preventing insulation damage.Designed with Free Hanging (In-Line), Right Angle orientation, this terminal facilitates blind mating in complex assemblies. The self-aligning feature improves first-time insertion success rate to 99.8%.The Crimp method employed creates molecular-level bonding between conductors. This process achieves intermetallic fusion that withstands temperature cycling from -55 C to 125 C.Supporting 2/0 AWG (Al), 1/0 AWG (Cu) range, this terminal accommodates both fine and coarse strand conductors. The dual-stage crimp profile ensures uniform compression without wire damage.Featuring Non-Insulated technology, this connector provides exceptional dielectric strength.
