This space-grade connector features ultra-low outgassing properties and maintains stable impedance in vacuum environments, making it ideal for LEO satellite constellations and deep-space probes.The Receptacle design incorporates hermetic sealing technology that prevents molecular contamination in high-vacuum applications while ensuring reliable RF performance up to 40GHz.Certified to Environmental aerospace standards, this connector survives 1000+ thermal cycles between -196 C and +150 C without performance degradation.Available in 2 Inserts configurations, the connector family supports both micro-satellite payloads and large antenna array interconnects.Cavity A's 106 configuration supports Ka-band waveguide transitions with <0.3dB insertion loss at 30GHz.The 106 arrangement provides radiation-hardened power contacts for solar array deployment mechanisms.The Sealed version utilizes metal-to-metal seals that maintain <1x10-9 atm-cc/sec helium leak rates in orbital environments.Cadmium surface treatment provides atomic oxygen resistance while maintaining stable contact resistance in atomic oxygen environments.Including Dust Cap, Jackscrew, the connector enables blind-mate capability for modular satellite bus architectures.
