The vibration-resistant design maintains electrical continuity through 10Hz to 2kHz random vibration profiles.Utilizing Male Pin technology, these contacts maintain less than 5m resistance variation under 15G vibration. The hyperbolic contact geometry compensates for terminal movement while maintaining constant normal force.Available in 40 configurations, the connector supports both power distribution and train communication networks. The segregated contact groups prevent interference between high-voltage and sensitive signal circuits.The Free Hanging (In-Line) version includes integrated cable clamps meeting EN 50264 standards.
