The syntactic foam-filled housing achieves neutral buoyancy in seawater.Compatible with 16-20 AWG marine-grade cabling, the terminal meets DNVGL-RU-NAVAL standards. The oil-filled contact chambers prevent seawater intrusion during mating cycles.The Insulated options provide either rigid protection for manipulator arms or flexible solutions for umbilical cables. Both variants resist hydrolysis at 95% humidity.Red identification follows IMCA D014 guidelines for subsea equipment. High-visibility pigments remain detectable under 200m water depth lighting conditions.
