Developed to exceed DNV-GL standards, these corrosion-resistant connectors withstand salt spray exposure for over 2000 hours without performance degradation.The LGH configuration utilizes duplex polarization to prevent mismating while providing IP69K protection against high-pressure seawater exposure.Marine-grade Receptacle construction features nickel-aluminum bronze contacts with self-cleaning wiping action that maintains contact resistance below 5m after 5000 mating cycles.Available in 6 configurations, the design supports both power and signal transmission with 100A current rating per contact.Rectangular housing employs naval brass alloy with silicone sealing that passes 30-meter depth pressure testing without leakage.Tested to 10kVDC dielectric strength, the insulation system resists tracking and moisture absorption in 100% relative humidity conditions.The Free Hanging (In-Line) variant includes stainless steel locking rings that require 50N m torque for secure fastening in vibrating environments.Special Flange encompass cathodic protection compatibility and optional zinc-nickel plating for extended service life in brackish water.
