This connector housing withstands combination of high pressure, temperature, and corrosive media encountered in well logging tools.Supporting Non Specified - Dual Edge implementations, the housing features metal-to-metal sealing capable of withstanding 20,000psi external pressure differentials.The 36 configuration utilizes coaxial contacts with double-shielded designs for noise immunity in high-electromagnetic-interference environments.Engineered for 0.055" ~ 0.070" (1.40mm ~ 1.78mm) tool joints, the housing incorporates pressure-balanced oil-filled chambers to equalize internal and external pressures.The 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch arrangement maintains signal integrity through proprietary dielectric spacing that prevents arcing at high voltages.The Flange includes pressure-compensated contact systems that maintain stable electrical properties despite extreme pressure fluctuations.The Panel Mount implementation allows for quick-connect functionality while maintaining seal integrity in subsea deployment scenarios.The Blue housing material is resistant to H2S cracking and CO2 corrosion, meeting NACE MR0175 standards for sour service applications.Featuring Top Opening, Threaded Insert, 4-40, the design provides redundant sealing with primary elastomeric and secondary metal seal interfaces.Constructed from Diallyl Phthalate (DAP), the housing maintains mechanical properties up to 250 C continuous operation in geothermal applications.
