Its robust design ensures signal integrity at depths exceeding 20,000 feet where failure is not an option.Available in Female, Receptacle (Socket), Flag configurations, these oilfield-grade terminals maintain contact integrity under 20,000 psi pressure, exceeding API 17E requirements.The 0.058" (1.47mm) barrel diameter is optimized for high-pressure sealing while maintaining signal integrity in downhole telemetry systems.Compatible with 20-24 AWG high-temperature cabling, the connector handles both power and high-speed data transmission in extreme environments.The 0.168" (4.27mm) barrel length is precision-machined for optimal performance with high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) cable terminations.Non-Insulated materials maintain dielectric properties at temperatures up to 250 C and pressures to 30,000 psi.Crimp method creates metal-to-metal seals that prevent fluid ingress in downhole environments.Constructed from Beryllium Copper, the contacts resist hydrogen embrittlement and sulfide stress cracking common in oilfield applications.Tin plating provides stable contact resistance despite exposure to sour gas and drilling fluids.
