Laser-welded versions maintain <0.5m contact resistance under 100A loads.Supporting 300MCM (kcmil) conductors, the connector handles rack-level power distribution. 4/0 AWG variants are rated for 300A in hyperscale data centers.Fabricated from Copper Alloy, the contacts exhibit exceptional thermal conductivity. C18150 chromium copper alloys handle 150 C continuous operation.Finished with Silver plating, the contacts prevent fretting corrosion. Gold-over-palladium meets Telcordia GR-1217 requirements.
