Unlike standard designs, its labyrinth structure cools gases below ignition temperatures during disconnection.Available in Male variants, the connector meets Zone 1 hazardous area requirements. The increased safety (Ex e) design prevents spark generation.With Stereo (3 Conductor, TRS) architecture, the interface handles 4-20mA intrinsically safe signals. The energy-limiting design maintains <30V/<100mA under fault conditions.The 6.35mm (0.250", 1/4") - Headphone complies with IEC 60079-0 standards. The anti-static housing prevents dangerous charge accumulation.Precision-engineered to 0.249" (6.32mm), the connector withstands 500 bar pressure pulses.
