Each communication channel implements reinforced isolation meeting 5kVrms withstand requirements.The Surface Mount configuration supports medical PCB cleaning processes. The package material selection minimizes outgassing in vacuum environments.Available in 484-TFBGA format, the package features gold-plated contacts for reliable connections.
