The glass-metal seal provides permanent hermetic integrity.Crimp technology ensures gas-tight connections resistant to H S corrosion. The gold-nickel composite plating withstands 20-year service in seawater.Qualified with RG-8X subsea cables, the connector passes 500-cycle hyperbaric testing. The bend restrictor design prevents cable kinking at high pressure.The Threaded mechanism enables ROV-operated mating with <10N m torque. The pressure-equalized design prevents lock-up during descent.With 1 independent channels, the connector supports multiplexed sensor arrays. Each port features individual pressure-balanced oil compensation.Advanced PL-259 include integrated pressure sensors for real-time integrity monitoring. The connector is DNV-GL certified for North Sea deployment.
