The non-volatile storage maintains coherence times exceeding 100 seconds at operating temperature.The 4K x 8 memory implements quantum error correction codes. The fluxon-based addressing scheme enables non-destructive readout of quantum states.The I²C, SPI, UART/USART, USB suite includes microwave pulse generation units.
