This vibration-resistant connector delivers {Current - UL} current capacity while withstanding the harsh environmental conditions typical in electric vehicle powertrain applications.As a Receptacle, Male Pins - Module solution, this connector employs friction-lock mating. The gold-flashed contacts maintain stable resistance over 25,000 mating cycles.No configuration includes a waterproof fuse compartment. The design meets IP6K9K pressure wash requirements.The Panel Mount, Snap-In installation meets automotive panel requirements. The zinc-nickel plated hardware resists salt spray corrosion.Featuring Quick Connect - 0.250" (6.3mm) connections, the connector accepts 600V grade wiring. The crimp terminals include vibration-resistant serrations.The Shielded, V-Lock Notch package includes integrated temperature monitoring. The connector housing withstands underhood temperatures up to 150 C.Compatible with 0.039" ~ 0.118" (1.00mm ~ 3.00mm) automotive panels, the mounting includes anti-rotation tabs. The floating seal accommodates panel flexure.
