This vibration-proof connector delivers {Current - UL} current capacity while meeting EN 50155 shock and vibration requirements, making it indispensable for rolling stock power distribution systems.Designed as Receptacle, Male Pins - Module, this connector employs cold-welded contacts. The gas-tight joints prevent oxidation in humid environments.No configuration includes a vibration-resistant fuse clip. The nickel-plated contacts prevent fretting corrosion.The Panel Mount, Snap-In system includes M12 anti-vibration locknuts. The floating panel interface compensates for chassis flexure.Featuring Quick Connect - 0.250" (6.3mm) technology, the connector accepts 0.5-35mm conductors. The cage clamp design maintains constant pressure on fine strands.The Shielded, V-Lock Notch package includes integrated surge protection. The metal oxide varistors clamp transients below 1.5kV.Compatible with 0.039" ~ 0.118" (1.00mm ~ 3.00mm) carbody panels, the mounting includes vibration-damping washers. The spring-loaded design accommodates 3mm panel variations.
