This smart connectivity solution integrates embedded sensors with robust industrial-grade construction for Industry 4.0 implementations.Designed for Backshell applications, this variant incorporates IP-aware technology that enables automatic device identification and parameter configuration in smart factory environments.With 1.030" (26.16mm) dimensions, the connector achieves optimal balance between ruggedness and high-density panel mounting requirements (up to 50 ports/m ).The 14 interface features M12-compatible coding with integrated signal conditioning for 10GBASE-T1L single-pair Ethernet transmission.Featuring 7/8-28 UN-2B corrosion-resistant threading, the design maintains sealing integrity in washdown environments with pH 2-12 chemical exposure.The 180° configuration includes integrated strain relief that distributes bending forces across multiple axes for robotic arm cable management applications.Fabricated from Composite, the housing provides exceptional resistance to cutting fluids, hydraulic oils, and other industrial chemicals (tested to UL 94 5VA).The Metalized process creates self-cleaning contact surfaces that maintain <10m resistance in dusty environments (tested to 10g/m particulate concentration).The Shielded architecture provides >90dB EMI protection while maintaining <1pF inter-channel capacitance for sensitive analog sensor connections.Incorporating Tie Wrap Holder, the design includes embedded temperature and vibration sensors that enable predictive maintenance through condition monitoring.
