The gold-nickel composite plating withstands 20-year service in seawater.With Solder methodology, the connector provides >90dB EMI shielding despite thick hydrates layers. The segmented design prevents cathodic disbondment.Designed for Free Hanging (In-Line) installation, the connector withstands 100kN axial load. The titanium housing resists pitting corrosion in chloride environments.The Threaded mechanism enables ROV-operated mating with <10N m torque.
