The glass-metal seal provides permanent hermetic integrity.Solder technology ensures gas-tight connections resistant to H S corrosion. The gold-nickel composite plating withstands 20-year service in seawater.With Solder methodology, the connector provides >90dB EMI shielding despite thick hydrates layers. The segmented design prevents cathodic disbondment.Designed for Panel Mount installation, the connector withstands 100kN axial load. The titanium housing resists pitting corrosion in chloride environments.Engineered with Bulkhead - Front Side Nut, the connector aligns automatically during ROV deployment. The guided mating system compensates for 5 angular misalignment.The Bayonet Lock mechanism enables ROV-operated mating with <10N m torque. The pressure-equalized design prevents lock-up during descent.With 1 independent channels, the connector supports multiplexed sensor arrays.
