This vibration-resistant connector delivers {Current - UL} current capacity while withstanding the harsh environmental conditions typical in electric vehicle powertrain applications.The CEE 7/7 Plug (Schuko) interface configuration meets LV214 automotive standards. The connector features a secondary locking mechanism for vibration resistance up to 15G.As a Plug, Male Pins solution, this connector employs friction-lock mating. The gold-flashed contacts maintain stable resistance over 25,000 mating cycles.The Unfiltered - Commercial design incorporates automotive-grade ferrite beads. The balanced filter network provides 40dB common-mode attenuation from 1MHz to 1GHz.No configuration includes a waterproof fuse compartment. The design meets IP6K9K pressure wash requirements.With 2 positions, the connector supports high-current battery connections. Each contact is rated for 200% of nominal current for 5 seconds.The Free Hanging (In-Line) installation meets automotive panel requirements. The zinc-nickel plated hardware resists salt spray corrosion.Featuring Screw connections, the connector accepts 600V grade wiring. The crimp terminals include vibration-resistant serrations.Certified by SEMKO, VDE for automotive applications. The connector is qualified to ISO 16750-4 vibration standards.
