This ruggedized solution combines military-grade construction with precision engineering for oil/gas and marine applications.The PC Pin configuration incorporates redundant contact points that maintain connectivity even under extreme shock/vibration conditions.Featuring Single End geometry, the terminal achieves IP68 sealing when used with compatible gaskets in submerged applications.The 0.038" (0.97mm) Dia sub-flange geometry incorporates solder reservoirs that prevent joint cracking.Optimized 0.395" (10.03mm) dimension creates ideal capillary action for no-clean flux formulations.With 0.415" (10.54mm) compact form factor, the terminal enables high-density packaging in explosion-proof enclosures.The 0.094" (2.39mm) flange incorporates locking tabs that prevent rotation during torque wrench assembly procedures.Tight 0.070" ~ 0.074" (1.78mm ~ 1.87mm) machining tolerances ensure hermetic seals in pressurized environments up to 10ATM.The Through Hole design allows tool-less installation while maintaining vibration resistance to 15G RMS.Solder technology provides gas-tight connections that prevent sulfurization in H2S-rich environments.Non-Insulated materials are rated for continuous operation at 200 C, suitable for downhole drilling equipment.The terminal accommodates 0.126" (3.20mm) heavy copper PCBs used in high-current power distribution systems.Special Brass formulation resists hydrogen embrittlement while maintaining spring properties at cryogenic temperatures.The Tin plating process includes proprietary diffusion barriers that prevent intermetallic growth.
