Where standard connectors fail, this solution maintains uninterrupted performance through sandstorms, salt spray, and high radiation exposure.Configured as Insert, the module features explosive atmosphere protection meeting ATEX Category 1G/1D requirements for hazardous locations.The Male interface incorporates redundant sealing systems that maintain IP69K protection even after repeated mating cycles in contaminated environments.With 24 configuration, the design allows for separate containment of intrinsically safe and non-intrinsically safe circuits.Tension Clamp termination is enhanced with chemical-resistant potting compounds that prevent wicking of corrosive fluids into contact areas.The 500V rating is maintained through fluoropolymer insulators that resist degradation from UV exposure and chemical contact.Designed for 16A continuous operation, the contacts utilize cladded materials that prevent galvanic corrosion in saltwater immersion.The -40°C ~ 125°C range is achieved through metal-to-glass hermetic seals that prevent moisture ingress while allowing for thermal expansion.
