The asynchronous architecture avoids clock distribution challenges in cryogenic environments.With External Program Memory configuration, the memory subsystem uses single-flux-quantum technology. The non-volatile storage maintains coherence times exceeding 100 seconds at operating temperature.The 160KB memory implements quantum error correction codes. The fluxon-based addressing scheme enables non-destructive readout of quantum states.The I²C, LPC, SMBus, SPI, UART suite includes microwave pulse generation units.
