The heat pipe variant includes a hybrid wick structure for superior performance.Supporting Metal Clip / TIM techniques, the system accommodates various installation scenarios. The adhesive-mounted version offers excellent thermal interface properties.The Flat configuration is optimized for natural convection, enhancing thermal performance by 20% in passive cooling setups. The oval variant is ideal for compact electronic devices.Achieving 0.300°C/W values, the thermal path efficiency surpasses traditional solutions. The 0.110 C/W option is preferred for high-power RF systems.Incorporating Grooved fluid transport, the capillary system ensures reliable operation in any orientation. The mesh wick variant provides 0.22mm effective pore size.Manufactured in 3.937" (100.00mm) variants, the scalable solution meets diverse thermal management requirements.
