The double-sealed design maintains IP68 protection even after 500 mating cycles in dusty environments.Available in 20 hybrid configurations, the connector combines power and signal contacts in optimized ratios. The segregated contact groups prevent electromagnetic interference between circuit types.The 2 row arrangement positions power contacts on the outer rows for optimal heat dissipation. This thermal management design reduces hot-spot temperatures by up to 15 C.The Free Hanging (In-Line) version includes integrated cable glands for strain relief. The corrosion-resistant aluminum housing meets NEMA 4X requirements for harsh outdoor installations.Featuring Crimp technology, the system accommodates both fine-strand and solid conductors. The torque-limited screw terminals prevent over-tightening during field installation.Compatible with Discrete photovoltaic cables, the contacts maintain stable resistance through 1000 thermal cycles.
