The multi-point contact design eliminates non-linear junctions.Solder technology provides vibration-resistant connections per LV 214-2016. The friction-locked contacts maintain <10m resistance under 50G vibration.With Solder methodology, the connector achieves <1 ground path resistance up to 100GHz. The segmented shielding design prevents ground loops in array antennas.Designed for Through Hole, Right Angle installation, the connector withstands 1000 thermal cycles (-40 C to +125 C). The material CTE is matched to automotive-grade PCBs.The Threaded mechanism provides tool-less installation meeting VW 60330 standards. The positive engagement system provides audible mating confirmation.With 1 automotive-qualified channels, the connector supports multi-sensor fusion architectures.
