Engineered for photovoltaic applications, this connector delivers unmatched weather resistance and power handling capabilities.Compatible with PCI Express™ configurations, the design features DC arc-quenching technology. When compared to standard connectors, it reduces arc flash energy by 95% during disconnect under load.The Female version includes touch-safe design. The insulated shroud prevents accidental contact with live parts up to 1500VDC.With 98 power contacts, the connector supports 30A continuous current. The silver-impregnated contacts maintain <0.2m resistance after 10,000 thermal cycles.Designed for 0.062" (1.57mm) bus bars, the connector features spring-loaded compression contacts. This design maintains constant pressure despite thermal expansion of copper conductors.The 2 row configuration includes integrated surge protection. These metal-oxide varistors clamp transient voltages below 1.5kV for sensitive monitoring circuits.The 0.039" (1.00mm) pitch design prevents tracking in humid conditions.
