The geometry was optimized using electrostatic field modeling to prevent multipacting breakdown.Supporting Female Sockets interfaces, this adapter bridges standard instrumentation to UHV feedthroughs. The design maintains outgassing rates below 10^-12 torr liter/sec cm^2.With Male Pins capability, the adapter enables signal routing through multiple radiation zones. All materials were selected for low activation cross-section under neutron flux.The 20-18 interface utilizes oxygen-free copper with 99.999% purity.
