The radiation-hardened dielectric prevents total dose effects up to 100kRad.With Plug, Male Pin architecture, the connector exhibits <1pA leakage current in vacuum. The molecular barrier coating prevents outgassing contamination of sensitive optics.The Crimp system provides >100dB EMI shielding against solar flare events. The multi-foil design meets MIL-STD-188-164 requirements for spacecraft bonding.Qualified with RG-178, 196 space-grade cables, the connector passes NASA outgassing tests with <0.1% TML. The strain relief system survives 1,000 flex cycles in thermal vacuum.The Threaded mechanism provides positive engagement with <5N m torque in zero-G.
