This ruggedized solution combines military-grade construction with precision engineering for oil/gas and marine applications.The Single Post configuration incorporates redundant contact points that maintain connectivity even under extreme shock/vibration conditions.Featuring Smooth geometry, the terminal achieves IP68 sealing when used with compatible gaskets in submerged applications.Precision-ground 0.025" (0.64mm) Square surfaces ensure <2m contact resistance after salt spray testing per MIL-STD-810.The 0.025" (0.64mm) Square sub-flange geometry incorporates solder reservoirs that prevent joint cracking.Tight 0.037" ~ 0.040" (0.94mm ~ 1.02mm) machining tolerances ensure hermetic seals in pressurized environments up to 10ATM.The Through Hole, Right Angle design allows tool-less installation while maintaining vibration resistance to 15G RMS.Solder technology provides gas-tight connections that prevent sulfurization in H2S-rich environments.Non-Insulated materials are rated for continuous operation at 200 C, suitable for downhole drilling equipment.Special Brass formulation resists hydrogen embrittlement while maintaining spring properties at cryogenic temperatures.The Tin-Lead plating process includes proprietary diffusion barriers that prevent intermetallic growth.
