The design minimizes PIM distortion to <-160dBc for radar applications.The Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS), Glass Filled housing achieves outgassing levels <0.01% TML per NASA ASTM E595. Material properties remain stable under 100krad(Si) total ionizing dose radiation.Black markings comply with MIL-STD-130N identification requirements.
